How do I report an issue?
Reporting an issue is easy! First you need to identify where to report the issue.
Report to City of Wentzville for:
- Street/Sidewalk issues. i.e. Potholes, broken curbs, raised sidewalk, snow issues.
- Parking issues. i.e. Someone is blocking sidewalk, car parked the wrong way on the street, street has bottleneck because 2 cards are parked across the street from each other.
- Vehicle with expired tags.
- Abandoned vehicle.
- Campers/Boats/Trailer parked in street for more than 24 hours.
- Dead Trees, vines, etc.
- Mold on House.
- Tall grass or weeds (8" or taller).
- Peeling Paint.
- Shingle(s) Missing.
- Broken windows or screens.
- Dog/Cats loose or running around. (Animal Control below)
- Dogs barking. (Animal Control below)
Report to the HoA for:
- Landscaping issues. Not maintained. Untrimmed.
- Dumping of any yard waste, grass, tree branches, etc in common ground.
- Campers/Boats/Trailer Parked in driveway for more than 24 hours.
- Trash cans viewable from the street.
- Shudders faded or missing.
- Holiday decorations 21 days after holiday.
- Window AC units.
- Resident has unapproved or Rubbermaid Shed.
- Common ground landscape issue.
- Livestock on property.
- Chicken or Chicken Coup/Run Issues

-- Unapproved or appearance issues.
-- Other concerns.
- Anything else not listed in either section.
