About Stone Meadows Subdivision

Stone Meadows was built on approximately 494 acres in Wentzville, Missouri. The Final Site Plan for the subdivision was to include 1,340 homes. The Subdivision was platted by Whittaker Homes in the early 2000's. The original three builders consisted of Vantage Homes, Whittaker Homes, and Taylor Morley Homes.

In the late 2000's, several home builders filed for bankruptcy. This provided an opportunity for newer builders to buy the remaining lots in Stone Meadows and provide new floor plans.

TreeStone Properties provides Home Owners Association services to Stone Meadows.

The community boasts more than $2 million in on-site amenities. The amenities include a baseball diamond, soccer fields, walking trails, stocked lakes, a theme pool, a lap pool and a Clubhouse.

The Clubhouse is available to rent by residents of Stone Meadows in good standing for a nominal fee. It seats 130 guests and offers a comfortable setting for residents to enjoy birthday parties, showers and other small celebrations. There is a complete kitchen including refrigerator, stove and oven, men's and women's bathrooms, 6-ft rectangular tables with 100 chairs, and cleaning supplies.

Neighborly Reminders

  • Window air conditioning units are prohibited.
  • Boats, trailers, campers and flat beds need to be stored in your garage or off the property. (If they are here briefly to be cleaned or readied for use/storage, please notify us via our online form.  Just tell us the dates if more than 24 hours.)
  • As our Community ages, please be mindful if your home needs to be power-washed, wood trim painted, decks power washed and sealed, etc.
  • When mowing grass, please also give attention to weeds along home and in beds.
  • Holiday decorations must be taken down within 21 days of the holiday event (examples: Halloween decorations down by November 21, and Christmas decorations down by January 15).
  • When winter snows fly, please don’t park on the streets during snow-it impedes the City’s snow plowing.
  • The only sheds permitted in Stone Meadows must be made of materials that match the home (ie Shingles, Wood, Siding). No Rubbermaid-type or vinyl SHEDS are allowed.
  • Rubbermaid and vinyl storage BINS are acceptable and do not need Architectural Review since they are not permanent structures, provided they are placed in the back of the home, and do not exceed 60 cubic feet.
  • Before beginning any architectural project, plans must be submitted for Board review and written approval obtained before starting the project. Check out the FAQ Page and click on "How do I submit a Architectural Request (ARC)?". Please submit your Plat map with the change indicated, permit from the City of Wentzville (if required), and a materials list including color, materials and dimension of your proposed project.
  • Signage allowed in the Community is one “For Sale” sign. All others are prohibited, including “For Lease or For Rent” and “Garage Sale”.
  • Trash/Recycle receptacles must be stored in garage, behind house (not visible from street), or approved enclosure at all times with the exceptions of trash days.
  •  The dumpster in the parking lot at the Theme Pool is not for residents' trash, boxes, mattresses, etc. This dumpster is specifically for trash generated by the HoA efforts. This includes trash from the pool, clubhouse, trail trash cans, etc. Please do not put anything into this dumpster. Please be aware that we have multiple cameras in the parking lot and pool near this area to record all activity.
  • DO NOT send mail or packages to the Stone Meadows Clubhouse at 400 Perry Cate. The clubhouse is unoccupied except when rented or being cleaned. The HOA should be contacted via the Contact Us form below. If you prefer to send a letter, mail the letter to TreeStone Properties, Attn: Stone Meadows HOA, 400 Chesterfield Center Suite 400, and Chesterfield, MO 63017. NO packages will be accepted.
