The Board of Directors for Stone Meadows serve as the governing body of the Home Owners Association (HOA). They are responsible for the management of all aspects of the association. The day to day management of certain activities fall on TreeStone Properties, a property management service that has been contracted by the Board of Directors, but ultimate control is in the hands of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors are elected by homeowners, which must reside in the subdivision, and be in good standing (assessments paid, no violations, no fines). These elected residents meet monthly to vote on issues concerning the management of the subdivision. Elections are held yearly via mail. There are nine positions available on the Board of Directors, six for single family homes and three for the villas.
Board Meetings are held the 4th Monday of each month @ 6:30 PM

Residents are welcome to attend, but will be asked to leave at completion of the Management Report so the board may conduct closed business.
In addition to the Board of Directors, residents may serve on several committees. These committees help to guide the board on decisions and special projects.
