Starting 08/26/2024, you can.  Please make sure to review our rules and guidelines.


No.  This trash can is specifically to be used for Pool Trash as well as Clubhouse trash.  Residents are not to put anything into this trash can.  Anyone caught dumping trash into this trash can will receive a fine and/or be reported to the City of Wentzville.


Wentzville offers free large trash pickup.

Complete Maintenance Request with TreeStone

We ask that you allow us 30 days from the date of submission.  Depending on the time of year, we get many requests and need time to review all of them.


Here are some common requests and what is needed for each:

  • New Fence -> ARC Form and City Permit
  • New Roof -> ARC Form
  • New Deck -> ARC Form and City Permit
  • New Patio/Concrete Pour -> ARC Form
  • New Driveway -> ARC Form
  • New Garbage Can Enclosure -> ARC Form
  • Electric Fence -> No Approval Required
  • New Pool (above and below ground) -> ARC Form and City Permit
  • Spa -> No Approvals
  • Sheds/Permanent Structure -> ARC Form and City Permit (if over 120 sq ft)
  • Chicken Coup/Run -> ARC Form
  • Other -> Contact HoA for guidance


Anytime that digging is required, make sure you notify Dig Rite at least one week prior.  Always double check property lines with your contractor prior to any installation.

Step #2

Fill out the ARC form and gather all required documents:

  • Plot plan showing location of improvements
  • Complete list of materials
  • Color of finished product
  • Permit from City of Wentzville if required (Fence, Deck, Pool, etc.) 
  • Photo or drawing of improvement

Once everything has been gathered, you can submit everything here.
